The double hung frame has a combination pocket/sloped sill for superior water and structural performance. The sash has an easy-to-move lift and pull handle on both the top and bottom rails, along with attractive flush-mounted tilt latches. The windows include a full screen with a unique plunger-type engagement to provide a tight fit to the vinyl. Screen frames perfectly match the window frame color and can be easily removed from the interior for cleaning. Some of the retro-fit features include pre-drilled holes in the frame for easy installation, jamb jacks, no nail fin, accessory pieces and a unique exterior stop cap that will ease installation and provide a more finished look.
